Steph - winter break in the cook islands!! Steph is French Canadian. She was enjoying life travelling around the world working as a chef .... until she bumped into Anthony in Nelson five years ago. She still puts the hours in as a chef but is never to far from helping out at the hostel. Anthony - with Yukon the mascot. Anthony, from England, enjoyed a good few years travelling in Australasia, Europe, Africa, South America and South East Asia. Settling the last five years in Nelson he has spent far too much time banging nails and creating this supberb bacpackers. Plenty of time has been taken out for mountain biking, trekking, snowboarding and rock climbing ... so plenty of tips to be shared!!
