Individual and family bookings
Book online now! Complete this form with your full contact details and booking needs. You will then be directed to a secure DPS form to capture your credit card details.
Credit Card Details
Group bookings (more than 8 beds)
All group bookings must be made via our enquiry form and require 10% deposit.
All transactions will be billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
Please enquire first for availability before making a group booking.
The cancellation deadline is 12pm – one day before booked date for individuals * If you cancel before this deadline, no charges will be made to your credit card.
If you cancel after the cancellation deadline we will charge the full price of your first night. If you contact us after the deadline, we will try our best to fill the bed, however, if we can't, the cancellation fee will be charged, so always contact us, no matter how late your plans change.
In the event of a no show at our hostel, the full cost of the booking will be charged unless ALL booked nights can be re sold.
* Note: We have a separate cancellation policy for the festive period and for groups. This will be stipulated to you during the booking process.
The Bug Backpackers will not share or distribute any personal details obtained through this website. Our secure online booking system is provided through DPS.
